At the NZ Liberation Museum – Te Arawhata, Le Quesnoy, all visitors are welcome and the museum is for everyone, including those with disabilities.
Visitors with wheelchairs, walking aids, or mobility issues
The museum is accessible for those in a wheelchair. Please ask our staff if you require any assistance. We have a lift to take you to the second floor.
Disabled carparking
A disabled carpark is available on site near the front door.
Visitors with hearing disabilities
Please let our staff know if you have any special requirements.
Companion
If you need a companion to assist you through the museum, that person may enter for free, when the booking is made in advance and that requirement is stipulated.
Blind and visually impaired visitors
Assistance dogs on a leash are allowed into the museum.
