Coming to Paris and unsure of how to get to Le Quesnoy? No problem – with the train, it’s so easy!

The trip takes just over two hours and requires one change of trains along the way. Start out at Gare du Nord, Paris’s major train station serving the north of France, Belgium, the Netherlands and even London via the Eurostar.
From there, take the train to one of three options: Lille, Valenciennes or Aulnoye-Aymeries. While the TGV (Train Grande Vitesse – high-speed train) gets you to Lille quickest, the connecting train to Lille takes longer than the connection from Valenciennes or Aulnoye, so there are pros-and-cons of each route. Once arrived at your first destination, the regional train connects you straight through to Le Quesnoy Train Station, which is just a 10-minute walk from Te Arawhata.

For Te Arawhata Marketing and Operations Manager, Jacob Siermans, using the train is a no-brainer: “It really is so easy – you can arrive at the train station right in the centre of town 5 minutes before departure and it takes you straight to where you want to go. No worries about petrol, toll roads, or which side to drive on!”
